Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Orders placed before the return policy activation date may not qualify for returns.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs – no need to worry about extra fees.

We'll provide a prepaid return label after your return request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Final Sale Items

Currently, all items are returnable unless marked otherwise in the future (e.g., Flash Sale or Clearance).

If we introduce Final Sale products later, they will be clearly labeled and non-returnable.
